During the Second World War she had Spanish flags painted on the hull, as well as her name. All the Spanish vessels had the same marks trying to avoid attacks.

        She also joined in 1922 from Antonio González Vega, being her name Luarca Nº 3. She had been built in the shipowner's own shipyard, at Luarca, and had a wooden hull. She only lasted two years, since on 27/June/1924, during a trip with pine wood from Corcubión to Gijón, she ran aground and was lost at Covas, near Cabo Prior, fortunately without victims.

        This ship also joined the company in 1922 from Antonio González Vega, being her name Luarca Nº4. She had been built at Pasajes by Astilleros Eraso and had a wooden hull. She sank on 10/January/1931 due to water ingress near Cabo Peñas, during a trip with wooden pit props from Avilés to Santander. The crew was rescued by fishing vessels that were fishing nearby and taken to Luanco.
